The only times I can think of when it was considered metal is with bands like Slipknot and its clones (Downthesun, Mushroomhead). And Soulfly, but they're not really nu-metal. Other than that, it's considered rock (Linkin Park, Papa Roach, Limp Bizkit, hed p.e., P.O.D., etc etc...)

hmmm... I'm not too sure why this album is getting such low ratings. I really enjoy this album A LOT. To the reviewer, I'm not sure what you mean when you say that the album is pop-metal. The Connection has much more screaming involved and anger than their previous albums. I can hear the emotion coming from Shaddix's voice and creates a very fun listen. This album is definitely one of their more harder works so I don't know what you mean by the album being generic. Also, the album has great hooks and the slower songs are very good listens as well.

This review came out looking out as someone who in general does not like this band, the review itself is bad, i hated metamorphosis and the GAWN. P. Sessions were average at best, but this site has been gotten terribly bad, where mainstream music is harshly frowned upon, and non mainstream is the "cool" thing there I dont rely on this site for reviews, due to the fact that bands that sell and yes P. Roach does still SELL get pissed on, fact is only band thats mainstream and gets respect here is Chevelle, this comment is more based on hypocritical "trendy" shit talking to bands that are to mainstream. Again the only reason i even comment is not due to the rating but more to the fact that the point of the review right of that bat shows that the reviewer never liked this band, fact disliked. and the sheep that follow with comments and ratings. Other then BWNDWE and She loves me not LHT sucked ass only better then metamorphosis. LoveHateTragedy their best album? GTFO. This site is shit.
