I would really like a giant print screen of this album cover to hang on a wall.

The Global Genocide cover is awesome, I've actually already had it for a few years because it was on some online compilation around the time Supporting Caste came out where you could download each song. The second song is another Todd rager but it seems like they may have re-used some of the riffs for Rattan Cane, and the last is just a demo of the title track.

Question: About a year ago, there was an update video of them playing a song in their studio space, anyone know if that song make it onto the record? Sounded amazing.

I don't see how a fan of the band wouldn't like this. It ties together everything they did right from TETA onwards

Only listened to it a couple of times, but my initial impression is that the second half is a great deal stronger than the first half. The Todd songs have never been their stronger material, and while they are a tad better here than on other releases, they still seem to stray into a pattern that amounts to playing a string of power chords super fast with Todd yelling over them. Not really what the band does best, imho. That said, they ARE better here compared to past efforts, just not their best stuff.
At this point I think this album is certainly good, but not as good as Supporting Caste. The back half of the album is money, I just don't think the front half quite measures up in comparison (although the opening track is very good as you note). I need to listen to it a few more times, but this is my initial impression of the album at this point.
Oh, and as numerous other posters have stated the phrase "progressive thrash" is just seriously silly. You didn't make it up either contrary to your claim other writers have used this exact same description to desribe this band (to equally inaccurate effect), so why are you using it? Bands site all sorts of influences but that hardly means their music can be clustered into a genre of music on that basis. Their sound really just isn't the same as the bands you mention, so how does your argument make sense? The phrase is unnecessary and vaguely annoying, particular when you go on to imply that A Wilhelm Scream is also Progressive Thrash. Totally inaccurate, I mean just really not even true in any way. You should consider removing the phrase, if for no other reason than it has received so many (I think, warranted) complaints.
Very good review overall!

Not entirely inaccurate, Propagandhi themselves have used the term "progressive thrash" at one point.
