It's not a sweeping generalization because as I said "every review I've read that was published on the day of release"..... I'm not taking my experience with one and applying it to all. Also, if you want to argue, try beginning with something that allows you to have either a good retort or a well thought out exit strategy

music is well-produced if it sounds good. you don't judge production on how many boxes it ticks.

im listening to this now, and although im only a few songs in, i dont hear the amazing dynamics you mention. listen to Plains of the Purple Buffalo by *shels with the volume up if you wanna hear amazing dynamics from the last year or so. the quiets are eerily silent and the explosions blow your fucking face off.
