When I heard it the first time my best friend said that there's this one album where you know that it'll resonate with someone and just be that persons album in a way and that het. knew Closer would be that album for me. So I guess it's a personal thing.
Always felt like it's Curtis requiem, only less romantic, but in the coldest possible way.
