Well okay, maybe it's better than In Silico, but the question still is: would I like this? I don't think so...
Also, the Mau5 remix of Watercolour sucks as well :/
With Immersion debuting at #1 in the UK when it came out in mid-2010, Pendulum are at the height of their popularity,
The change from past to present tense is kind of awkward.
Immersion serves both as an album to dance to and as an experimental one, without comprising either surprisingly well. Of course, the underlying, pulsating, dance-inducing heartbeat is ever present, and is occasionally allowed to stampede free from other constraints to serve purely as dance music, resulting in the most intense and arguably some of the best tracks- “The Vulture”, “The Island – Pt. II” and (the first main track) “Salt In The Wounds”, which competes with “The Vulture” for the title of the most energetic song, as well as boasting an immensely catchy melody.
Paragraph still needs some work.
Immersion’s vibe is energetic yet futuristic
'yet' could be an 'and' actually.
Otherwise, fairly solid job : )
| | | I know a lot of Pendulum fans who were butthurt about 'Self Vs Self'.
They were like "omfg In Flames who the fuck r they and what r they doing on a pendulum album pendulum's like my fav band ever"
I obviously told them that I hoped they would die a painful, violent death before they were able to procreate

@clercqie, thanks (:
Look up The Island. If you don't like it, then you won't like this.
I came late to the party for this album really. It wasn't 'til about 2011 that I actually paid attention to it (I'd heard Watercolour before and hated it). Beforehand the only song I'd heard was Self Vs Self (cos it was 'metal'). Even then it took a while for me to really enjoy it from beginning to end. Funnily enough, it turned out to be quite a grower.
