Meh, pretty much every kid gets at least 2 languages in high school: dutch and french.

The general schools (I have no idea how you guys call this, maybe it's public? I dunno) get at least three languages (dutch, french and english) and most of them also get a fourth language which is normally german but if you chose languages as one of your special courses then you can pick spanish instead
