Wow, his playing is excellent. Didn't like some of the tracks though.



edit: changing my rating to a 4 because of the playing. Probably one of the best saxophonists I've ever heard.

Just saw him live, one of the best performances I ever saw, he gives so much power and life to his songs live they almost seem lifeless on this record, for instance when he picked up the barritone and started playing "Awake on foreign shore" I felt as if I was about to be ripped apart. He also gave the stories behind a few tracks and played some from the upcoming Lp, I even got to hear the 15 minute title track "To see more light" and if the tracks sounds as good on record than on live we're all in for a treat. anyway enough babling this record is awesome

Dude it was killer, pretty scary though, colin looks as if he's gonna explode any time when he plays, he rested by playing home during the middle wich was really damn sweet, Branca followed as the second band, also rocked but not as much
