Yeah. It totally looked like this kind of movie. Bummer.

Moon is my jam, great review btw

Decent review, although it's inaccurate: "Moon" involves a harp, not a mandolin, and "Thunderbolt" uses a simple bass synth, not a digital cello.

Thanks for pointing these things out. You're right about harp, not so sure about bass synth. It seems like a digital cello to me.

Not as eclectic as Homogenic, but much more fluid and cohesive. A perfect album to me.

still not convinced by this album. i'm a huge, MASSIVE fan of Bjork but apart from 2-3 standout tracks this is way below what she can produce. probably a 3/5

I remember seeing bjork and Skunk Anansie on tv doing that decades ago and I hated it! Loving all the soundtrack, didn't see the film...

Shiiiit, the live recordings sound amazing. A lot better than the album recordings, and that's saying something. Her voice sounds a bit more throaty and "deep" on record but it's more vibrant (especially on her higher range) live.

Keep waiting. Aeschylus and TMT are keeping me so busy.
I am planning to do a writeup, though.
