I really like how Never Better flows a lot better as an album, but sometimes it gets a little full of itself.
Ipecac Neat comes across as amateurish a lot of the time. I still think it's good, though, but I haven't had nearly as much time with it.

awesome review man. the only suggestion I have is that maybe you should swap out one of the "scathing"s early on (it appears right at the end of the first paragraph and then again right at the beginning of the second), it kind of irked me a bit.
but that's just me nitpicking, seriously awesome review. POS of course (LOL, a POS for POS)
even though I was a little disappointed with 'Never Better' what with the massive hype it was getting around here I feel inclined to check this album out, and I shall next time I go a-downloadin

yeah it really does, I obviously don't listen to it as much as I did 5 or so years ago but every time I go back to it I'm reminded of how fantastic it really is

After a few listens of Never Better I have concluded that this is the better album by a good margin. I like what he's trying to do here sound-wise.
