yeah

it's surprising how many bands that are immense in the US are relatively meagre here. I didn't realise how big the contrast was until I joined this site

The greatest music ever made comes from UK though.

Beatles, Stones, Purple, Floyd, Who, Zeppelin, Sabbath.

Next.

GLA's ep is still their best work for the length.

When listening to Fallon, think of the atmosphere of the night, albeit in two distinctly, divergent ways. The first is through the transcription of anthems, the feeling of racing towards the city lights with full-on joyous intoxication, screaming your lungs out in exasperation and proclaiming to everybody that while it’s obvious you care about everything in your life and are obsessively worried about it, at this very moment you just don’t give a sh*t.

Wait where have I read this before.

lol Irving, you know I dont deny that all my Americana reviews are rip offs of each other. I still love writing about the concept though, even if I pretty much say the same thing every time.

I was always a fan of Springsteen, but since joining this site I've rediscovered my love for Americana as a whole (this, Gaslight, The National, The Hold Steady...).

Album may be the best thing Fallon has done yet.
