I listened to the first couple of songs and this album bored me to death. I didnt even listen enough to give it a formal rating.

just not my style.

Something tells me there isn't going to be another kind of "the end" on this album. Since I am way too biased towards this band it's still going to be another keeper anyway.

The word 'progressive' in the summary is misleading as hell.

The word 'progressive' in the summary is misleading as hell.

True, the magic word nearly attracted me, but summary or not, I'm not interested in listening to this.

yeah jethro its not really progressive. Its just that Blue October is keen to using like 40 digital instruments at once.

you guys are missing the point

i was redefining progressive and using it in terms of a band's level of exploration within their genre and within themselves

Never heard this band, but this review makes me want to get everything they have. Great job.

I'd say start with History for Sale or Foiled then start moving your way to the newer releases for a more mainstream Blue October or move back for a more focussed listen.

So this is pretty cool. I have to give them credit, it's pretty unique on a whole.
