Not a bad bookend for a great back catalogue, I guess, but not Abbey Road by any stretch of the imagination. Some good songs: the opener, Fall Dog, The Loneliest Guy, Looking for Water. Some real rubbish though - Bring me the Disco King, Reality, Never get old.

He should have put Heathen and Reality together and cut out the froth; that would have been a good album, worthy of bowing out with.

Wow, seriously? How is Bring Me the Disco King rubbish? Never get old is sadly however, probably the only real "bad" song on here, tho.

I love reading this pre-2013 Bowie reviews where everyone is going nuts over Bowie not releasing a new album.

heathen blows this out of the water but it still has a handful of great tracks. she'll drive the big car, loneliest guy, and bring me the disco king all rule. the opener is also solid, pablo picaso is decent, same with looking for water and days
