Brilliant Review. I have to say, you write great reviews, Greg; some of the best I've seen on this
website so far. Good job.
Album is absolutely fantastic. This definitely needs more love.

I'm alternating between this & Sweet Nothings at the moment & this has the edge (just), Sea Grave is so good. Feels like a very consistent album so far.

Why is this album so darn infectious? 'Cake & Eat It' might be my favourite track in the whole known universe at the minute. These guys (& DFD) are so criminally underrated. Their blend of experimentation/musical eclecticism & (yet still) catchy as anything hooks/choruses is awe inspiring.

4 years is a long time in music taste’s terms then huh? Bloody hell. Some of this is embarrassing. Weirdly a couple of the tracks hold up waaaaaaay better the rest. I’ll be kind, for now.
(owning my past misdemeanours by bumping this, no shame - maybe this inactive thread will go unnoticed regardless).
