there are a few things i like and a whole lot of things i didn't really like, namely the overuse of really average clean vocals. this is between a 2.5 and 3 for me, but i'm staying weighing it, depending on how much the good offsets the bad. disappointing though

The album is O.K.... but thats all it is. I've been a FTFD fan for a while now and it saddens me to see a band go from something great and unique (Relentless and Changes) to something generic and bland. The singing has improved greatly, although i never had an issue with cleans I think FTFD simply sound too "ADTR" on the cleans on this album. Fortunately there still are a couple of good songs on the album: The Human Collective, Fist Fight and say what you will....

you've got that pretty much spot on.

This is basically what ADTR would sound like if they removed the pop punk aspect of their sound completely.

both the current and former lead singers of this band were at my friend's place last night for a house show/party. not a fan, but they were actually pretty cool dudes.

fair play, prefer the current guy even if his lyrics are wank.

Chad is super nice I talked to him when they were on tour with attila really nice guy

Bland, generic, disapointing. Good review. Expected a great LP by these guys.. But with the lineup changes, they notoriously suffered a decrease on their quality. ADTR clean vocals killed Back Burner, bottom line.

i like the album.......some good breakdowns like in 'My Anthem-Like Symphony' and a lot of good cleans throughout the album, i dont really see the problem.

Disappoint.

Changes was incredibly good, the loss of their 1st vocalist killed them, still the new screamer is alright but the addition of the cleans ruin it
