I typically only give 5's to albums that stick with me for a long time. Opinions change so much and so easily. I may listen to an album ten days a day for a week, but will it hold up months, hell, years from then? Most don't. I give fives to albums that just really blow me away like no other album though, like something so enjoyable and completely idiosyncratic that I can't help but always look at it and admire it.
