From what I've heard, it's pretty great stuff, which surprised me. How's it going, Magnus?
On the topic of this album, I like what these guys do, but, even on Passage, I often feel like they could cut a few songs off the overall length.

They're exactly the kind of band I'm known for enjoying haha. You know, simple, rhythmic riffs, good vocals and catchy as fuck. But oh my is that record fun, seriously, I listen to like one or two songs off it and I already want to get my ass up and find a party.

I feel that the later half of the album is stronger, but this might be due to the sheer amount of tracks they have on it. I don't know what Samael used to sound like, but I'm liking this.

Passage is the only one that is really similar. Later albums are more industrial than metal and earlier albums are black metal without the industrial... oh, and Above is high speed black metal.
