Is he the one who carried the hair straighteners on tour?
The absolute antithesis of what it's all about.
|
| |
hahaha, I wouldn't be surprised!

Quite possibly the worst band name of all time.
Pearly whites, conditioned locks.
Do do doo doo, more than words, whistle strum.
Extreme!!!
Kerching!!!

Would you guys accept a well written one paragraph review for III? That is all I'd be willing to write. Also, I'm 19 so I know shit about 80s/90s metal.

Why is it that people on sputnikmusic post quotes from other users everywhere to ridicule them? FireLeavesLeft just posted what I said on the III album scores page, and TheNexus100 has done the same thing on my profile shout section twice in the past.
What is the deal? This doesn't happen in any other message board or forum I have ever used. And it isn't even funny, it is just sad, and I see it quite often with many users here. I already understand that people here are assholes, but why this quoting thing in particular?
|
| |
usually because they're dumb af quotes

"I'm 19 so I know shit about 80s/90s metal" is not a dumb quote. I didn't grow up during that time, so I don't know a lot about it. Explain to me how that is dumb.

holy shit nice bump.
Stole this hard from some dude back in 92, every song on this rips except for More Than Words.

I'm 18 but I'd like to think I know a bit about '80s and '90s metal. Forget about it man, it's just dudes (STAFF users, god damn it Brendan) taking the piss.

Just respecting the experience and knowledge of those who actually lived during that time.

I think my dad bought this album back in the day expecting it to be more like more than words. think it's still collecting dust somewhere.

A very enjoyable album, such fun to listen to. No songs lower the quality or serve as "filler material", and though the majority more or less stick to the same formula, it's the little things (like that amazingly eccentric solo which introduces "He-Man Woman Hater") which make Extreme's sophomore effort stand out from the crowd. Highlights for me are the title track, "He-Man Woman Hater" and the lovely ballad "When I first kissed You".

The solo in Get The Funk Out is insanely good. Nuno rules.
