The drummer, whatever his name is, is just... He never ceases to amaze me. Pure talent. And a, uh, cool album.
|
| |
Album sucks tbh. They do have a good drummer though.
|
| |
drummer is alright. Good for his genre!
This is easily their best album

This is easily their best album
nah. that would be one for the kids.
|
| |
I should probably investigate that album.
Ive heard one or two songs from it along time ago

Stereotypical, boring band. How on earth is "Breathing" a weaker point though?
|
| |
how on earth can they be stereotypical? also you have them as a favourite band mate.
album's good but not as good as lights and sounds...or paper walls for that matter, i don't think. Only One and Ocean Avenue and closer are great.

| |
Having one unusual instrument doesn't not make them stereotypical.
And yes, thank you for pointing that out, they've been promptly removed.
|
| |
yes, it does. that's exactly what it does.
it doesn't make them original, but that's an entirely different thing.
i think im gonna review L&S soon. just for the crack.

"i think im gonna review L&S soon. just for the crack."
Or even the craic. Unless you're a drug addict, in which case, your version works.

That's great and all but the Gaelic version is better. Second and last time I'll ever post in a Yellowcard review, eurgh.

band rules su :p
|
| |
last 2 albums by the band were pretty good

*Sigh* Fine, I won't get bogged down in semantics. I just can find no enjoyment in verse-chorus-verse-chorus-breakdown-chorus x13 with crap musicianship (minus Longineu) and a whiney singer who sings about the usual crap.
But whatever, to each his own.
|
| |
well then in that case i feel sorry for your poor elitist life
to each his own.
|
| |
Elitism =/= liking bad music.
|
| |
what
obviously it doesnt
in this context it just = not liking music that's not obscure/intelligent enough to make you feel superior just for listening to it ;)
|
| |
I think you've got me wrong on this. I don't not listen to them purely on the premise that they're not good, I genuinely don't enjoy the music because I feel I've heard it all too many times before.
Hell, I still listen to Limp Bizkit from time to time.
