"Time After Time" is my 3rd favorite, behind "Rockville" and "Harborcoat"
|
| |
Lots of great tracks here, hard to pick a favorite, Letter Never Sent and Camera are quite underrated though.

Second Guessing is pretty weak in my opinion, pointless lyrics that basically just make it seem like a c-side, and while the riff is okay, it doesn't standout much either.
Camera is wonderful and depressing yeah :P

Album is class, pity the average went down.

This is excellent, they have better though in my opinion. Murmur, Life's Rich Pageant, Fables and Automatic, at least.

Out of the... 9, I think?... R.E.M. albums I've heard, this is my second-favorite behind Automatic
|
| |
They had a pretty great run from Murmur to New Adventures In Hi-Fi, some minor missteps aside, so if you dug what you've heard I'd say get to the rest.

Harborcoat is one of my favorite tracks of all time. Tis an awesome album.

Still need to check Murmur, but this is deff not as good as Lifes Richest Pageant.
|
| |
R.E.M. is a singles band for me. They're a bit too bland to sit through entire albums of material.

Ars- Murmur is amazing, probably my 2nd favourite behind Automatic.

Nah. It's like dating a mopey girl. The first fifteen minutes of conversation you can get into, but after that it's all a blur.

I can't believe this was only their second LP. These guys had incredible talent.
