mixed feelings-- on one hand, I think it's the band's worst. on the other hand, it had some very playable songs that I couldn't seem to dislike, so even if the album as a whole had too many duds, it still actually made my top 30 of the year... I think I have it at like a 3.5

Omni is pretty awesome after a bunch of listens; I too was put off at first and I'm a huge huge fan - my last.fm would attest to that.
1. "My Time" 4:06 - Dope pop banger
2. "Summer Angel" 4:45 - One of their new best songs
3. "Secret Country" 5:31 - Pretty good
4. "Hold Me Down" 4:08 - Pretty pretty good
5. "Excuses" 4:38 - Cute, good.
6. "The Thief" 4:33 - Good
7. "Into the Mirror" (Ft. Rachel Flotard) 5:11 - Awesome
8. "Animal Backwards" 4:16 - meh
9. "Dayglow Vista Rd." 5:10 - One of the best on the album.
