I'll ask the obvious then, if you don't mind: WHY? Why is it awesome?

To take this further, I've went and read Med57's (Emeritus) review, which can be seen here: http://www.sputnikmusic.com/review/1682/Pink-Floyd-The-Wall/

Not for a second does he explain why the music should in any way be considered good (note: I still think the review is epic and very well-written but I am at a loss to understand how he justifies awarding it a 5). Did he actually give The Wall a 5 because it was a concept album?!

@ Romulus: It very much is =) You'll love this, I think - regardless of whether you hated or loved the original.

The Wall is definitely not their best, but it is among them.

@ Romulus: What is PF's best, in your books?

@ Jethro: LOL and where did you hear that from? But do let me know when you do read it, and do feel free to criticize/comment on it as necessary (so that I can further improve).

Cheers! =)

@ Nagrarok: I just wish I understood why people feel that way =( Maybe I'm just too young to understand LOL.

Ranking PF's top 5 is very easy:

1. Wish You Were Here

2. Dark Side of the Moon

3. Meddle

4. Animals

5. The Wall

@Irving: At the very first comment, the 'this is fucking incredible' of AnotherBrick, but I just realized he actually meant the album hahaha whatsoever, you only got pos' votes so yeah!
And yes, no worries, I'll tell you what I think about your review ;)

@ Nagrarok: My evaluation is damn close to yours - I have Animals, WYWH, DSOTM, and then probably Meddle. My fifth - rather surprisingly - is The Division Bell.

I only liked The Wall as much as I liked Atom Heart Mother to be honest. I may have even liked Obscured By Clouds more.

@ Irving: Yeah LOL I was ridiculously excited myself. Then I clued in to the fact that he was referring to something else. Still haven't gotten over my disappointment hahaha.

Merci beaucoup mon ami! =)

The Wall is definitely one of their best but, imo, nothing beats Animals and Wish You Were Here.
