Ahhh goblin. I was so obsessed with Tyler during the period before he dropped that, and I thought I had it all figured out what the sequel was supposed to sound like, based on his wolf Haley formspring, originally the sequel to bastard was supposed to be called wolf and much more “jazz based”, a sound he would get into further after goblin(but also on songs like fish my favorite from that album). And idk he got me hype on that, there was supposed to be a song called Sunday morning g featuring domo with some jazzy beat that Tyler loved but it never came out as far as I’m aware. Somewhere down the line he went a different route with goblin, which I still fuck with to a degree but I remember I was a little diss appointed. And he went for the original wolf vibe I think on what became wolf but it wasn’t the same, and then he really brought it for flower boy but by then I was over it tbh and it wasn’t the same.
