Wait who said Miss May I is better than this? Their new album is fucking abhorrent. Like seriously, whoever made that comment, their opinion is forever more null and void because Miss May I is the most absolute dogshit band i have ever heard, right up there with A Day To Remember and Mychildren Mybride.
And yeah, underOATH is better than this by miles, but underOATH hasnt released an album since 2008, so for the time being, im rocking The Word Alive for my "scene-core" cravings.

Yeah i gotta agree with Ahab on that one, albeit in a less dick-ish way. He writes some good reviews and such. Check his The Felix Culpa one if you haven't, its a great album that deserves more attention. That one should have been featured too if you ask me.

I haven't heard this yet but judging from their Ep it can't be that amazing. They are a technically proficient band, and are better than everything else in the genre at the moment, but are still just as generic.
