"Umm The Ramones made punk. Sex Pistols perfected punk. The Clash Popularized Punk."

musicoffical you shouldnt talk about punk music when you took that saying from i love the 70s from vh1

i would say that while their music wasnt really punk, punk would exist without the velvet underground

^Ugh I've already explained that I have listened to all three bands and I agree with the saying from I love the 70's, therefore I'm quoting it.

Just deleted a couple of pages of comments as we'd got too far off topic. In case anyone wonders where they went or anything.

wikuk-go to drummerworld.com and look for videos of the two drummers I mentioned. You'll see how they really are so far ahead of most other drummers (including Tre Cool), that it's amazing.

^^ Yeah i got the feeling they were way off topic too, but i felt like i should have an opinion on topics in my own review.

Hobo Head, it seems you are a fanboy or someone who doesn't have knowledge of drumming. Nicko and Mitch are good but not the best, not even in the top 50.

John Bonham is surely one of the best drummers (i think i was a bit too harsh with the discussion) but he is not the best. Hobohead, think before you say something

Question: I know you guys are going to kill me for my lack of knowledge, but what band is John Bonham from?

Oh my gosh! Some one commented on the review! I'm shocked!

Haha jk Thanks. But why does everyone like Deadbeat Holiday? It sounds pretty much like most of the other songs on the album, the ones that I thought were pretty crappy.

Actually, I think Macy's Day Parade > Good Riddance.

It has more meaning to me.

I'm not even gonna comment on the arguement going on, but good review, dude.

I don't agree, but it's always good to see someone elses opinion on your favorite album.

Ehh, I want to apologize to you, MusicOfficial101. I was a bit too harsh with my opinions. I just don't like Green Day one bit. However it was a good review.

Sorry. And carry on with the relevant comments. But for future reference, anything you need with Led Zeppelin or classic rock, I'm probably a bigger fanboy of 60-70's rock than most people here. :thumb:

And for the one who don't believe Danny Carey is the best drummer, download Eulogy (live) (mpeg).

^^I thoguht that when i first heard Macy's Day Parade, but I got tired of it eventually. Good Riddance is a Staple of American Culture. It has as much an impact with people as it does with the best ballads in history.

Hobohead, what do you mean with "I don't know every single drummer in the world including Danny Carey so he can't be that good. " >>??

That you don't know him doesn't make him less good, you just don't know the right drummers, i haven't heard of virgil donati but someone made me look at it and that drummer is also d*mn good.

Which drummers you think are the BEST!!

Freddie Mercury goes under great vocalists. And so does Kurt Cobain, far more than Steven Tyler.

under great vocalists goes also James Maynard Keenan and Chester Bennington, and Hobohead, don't say their not good because you don't know them because your head doesn't contain enough brains. WHAT DO YOU MEAN WITH

"Meh, drummers aren't the most interesting people anyway, most of them think hitting a bit of streached material like a mentally ill person is normal. "

That means that every band woould be good without drummer. Well the reality is, almost no band would be good without drummer

why are you argumenting about it, stupid **** !!!

you started argumenting (which are just the worst arguments i've ever seen) and then saying that you don't want a argument, you really need some brains.
