'what did my lover say' is the best thing on here.

I just got this and am thinking about reviewing it, more for personal gain than anything else. This is my first introduction to the band besides hearing a few random songs here and there. I am definitely enjoying it more as I listen to it more. My only gripe is I would like a little more experimentation, but the songwriting is so superb that it's not a big deal.

This reminds me so much of Arcade Fire when I listen to this. Which is good I think

This is a nice followup to their first two records. I'm just worried that they may be losing the edge they had in their debut album and Mt. Zoomer.

ya Keelan I love Apologies (mainly I'll Believe in Anything, Shine a Light, You are a Runner) and

"Grey Estates" off of Zoomer but Sunset Rubdown is the tits. "You Go On Ahead (Trumpet Trumpet II)"

especially off of Dragonslayer (the whole album's golden) and basically everything on Random Spirit

Lover slays. Krug's like a grungey/noisy drunk Sufjan wizard. Wolf Parade's polished whatever-sound-

you-wanna-call-it thing doesn't do anything for me.

Pobody's Nerfect absolutely wrecks. I love that song.

I also wish they ended the album with Yulia instead of Cave-o-Sapien.

Definitely better than At Mt. Zoomer but I'm afraid they'll never achieve what they did with Apologies.

Yeah Cave-o's my favourite. I found this fairly underwhelming, but then all I'd ever heard by them beforehand had been I'll Believe In Anything.
