Damn he died?!?
Wild I was just watching his latest interview on No Jumper last night. RIP
I remember a kid brought one of his early albums (possibly this one) for the gym teacher to play for a few weeks straight so there were many elementary school dodgeball sessions with Mr. Carter blasting to set the tone!

no his Another Earthquark cassette should still be at my parents' house. It was a time before Jesse Mccartney and Bieber. I've always been very fond of him. I'm still waiting for him to turn into a good boy and release the record again. NOOOOO!

RIP Aaron. Aileen will always remember your songs.
It is very sad. 😢 I always thought that when he got better I would join a tour to sing the songs from my childhood.

I listened to his records again today, can still remember them all. He sang with a very heavy nasal voice, but it was not offensive.

Heard his song “Summertime” with the Baha Men earlier. Was pretty good and I might start listening to the Baha Men.
They’re like a Black Eyed Peas from the Bahamas without will.I.am

It's hard for me to think about this in terms of music. Because there's a lot of personal emotion, he's like an Symbol of my childhood that carries a very naive perception of me. 9-10 year old me had him and Avril Lavigne in my pencil case on my key rings. So actually his departure killed some of my utopian emotions. The only thing I feel is that the reality of life is harsh and a journey of successive losses.
