Evil eye was cowritten with Eddie Van Halen. That's some interesting info.

This album honestly isn't bad at all. I used to jam it front to back as a kid. I love the Alice In Chains vibes on Virtual DEATH!!!!

discog walk; full jam session of this unloved one, expecting to be bad, but in fact it is a good album. Indeed, "Psychophobia" is a fun one, "Virtual Death", pre-doom style is satisfying. "Immaculate Deception", great piece.

I like me some Evil Eye. Virtual Death dooms nicely too. I'm always surprised this isn't widely considered the best Martin album

So glad I get to hear this on streaming. The drumming on I Witness gave me an overload of nostalgia

honestly i hate the muddy production on this but it has good songs. feels like a b-side to Dehumanizer. "virtual death" and "evil eye" are the ones I revisit the most, and I love the "immaculate deception" riff.

Iommi says he has the original "Evil Eye" version with Eddie Van Halen on guitar somewhere in his collection of recordings he just doesn't know where it is and has to find it.
I need to fucking hear this.
