it's good, but let's not get hyperbolic.

Wasn't too impressed with this on first listen but this is really good. Second half is a little bit of a downfall for me, though.

letlive covering Refused's "The Deadly Rhythm". Not the greatest quality but it still rules
it's good, but let's not get hyperbolic.
This. It's really fantastic, but I think their next album will be ever better when they can make an album that better melds their musical/stylistic influences. They're going to undoubtedly do great things, you'll see...

Like I said, it's not mind-blowing but it is very very good

It's a year devoid of any real notable post-hardcore releases (basically got this, circa survive, and pmtoday) and this sorta piggy-backs on the bands of an era of the genre that were around when a lot of the users on the site got into the style with so letlive are something new yet a nostalgia trip at the same time.

Circa Survive is post hardcore?
When does the hardcore come in?

Most definitely the best post-hardcore record in a couple of years. Only Tropic Rot IMO comes close.
It may be late but I think this deserves at least a Best New Music nod

I like this better than I thought I would. Only listened to the first half so far.

a negative response from the mythical greer might spell the end of this band...

fuck not being in America. All the bands I really want to see rarely come out here (and when they do, I never realise until it's too late).
