i think just because there isnt a catchy or hook type of song that you can hum to or sing to or go crazy to, doesnt mean its a bad album.
Its got a good mixture of songs, slow, fast, piano, duets and build ups which make the album as a whole quite interesting. Compared to other artists who keep to the same type sound, they at least try to do something fairly different.
Well i am being a bit bias, i do favour girl singers after all...

I really like "The Aftermath" but the rest of the album was wholly disappointing. I'd enjoy this if I listened to it about 5 years ago when I was into bands like MCR and The Used but now it just doesn't do anything for me.

Yup. Four tracks in and I can really see it becoming a favourite of mine. It would almost certainly have made my year-end list this is why I feel guilty for doing it 1/3 of the way into December.

Shame. They mix a lot of the things I enjoy together well and in the right doses. I don't remember the stream, or this review. There now though. But we've found overlap between our tastes - this and Violet, of course.
