Master of Reality
Paranoid
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
Black Sabbath
those are the top 4. I can see switching 1 and 2, and then also switching 3 and 4 -- but those are the only exceptions!
Heaven and Hell is awesome, but it's so different than their earlier stuff that I don't like grouping them together.

Technical Ecstasy has some good songs, although as a whole it's pretty underwhelming

Basically their first six albums and the two with Dio were fantastic stuff, almost everything after that sucked.

Can't decide whether this or Heaven And Hell is my favourite Black Sabbath album...

Guys, I love Dio too, but Paranoid and this are Sabbath's best. Heaven and Hell rawks so good, but Lady Evil, Wishing Well and Walk Away, while definitely great songs, don't cut it with all the classics here.

^you do have a point there, certainly the best of the three, but I stand by my original point, they're not exactly After Forevers or Lord of this Worlds.

War Pigs always gets the #1 spot for me because of genius buildup, but it's basically impossible to make a correct ranking of their classic tracks.
