These are Flea's most tasteful lines. He didn't "fall back" at all.

And "This Velvet Glove" is one of the record's best. The verse's bassline, chords, and guitar melody combine for the most effective moment on the album... for me.

Ahh, stop attacking me over Othrside and Road Trippin. A 3.5 is still great. They're great songs, but just not a standout for me. Great still means I easily will listen to it everytime I listen to the band.

Good review this album definatly has some of my most favorite songs, Over all it is a solid album. I recondmend it to anyone wh jsut getting into the band. Anthony ketis (spelling) Has a great tone of vocals in this albume everything in one very well written key.

This is one of my favourite albums, and im not a big fan of RHCP. Scar Tissue and Otherside are the two best tracks of this album by far, and yet you gave them low marks??? RHCP are massive in Australia and they always will be.

gonna have to say you rated This Velvet Glove too low cuz its got awsome guitar and the acoutstic addition is fricken perfect. the final chorus is basically the climax of the album and its a great one.
