I've only really ever liked Shinobi vs Dragon ninja because I was in a band a few years back where we used to play it as our opening song at most of our gigs. The rest of our setlist was hardly much better though.
Granted this isn't exactly awful but the music isn't particularly interesting and I think they could do with a better vocalist.

Yeah average was 4.4 last night when I started listening to it.
The first five or six tracks are awesome. The last track is great too, but the rest really embodies everything I don't really like about the band. As in, it sounds like LibTrans. Start Something was one of my favorite albums ever, but this one is definitely no Start Something.

First half is more like SS/FSOP... Except maybe even better.
Second half is like LT. You should still get the album for the first half, but don'e expect godliness from much else.

Yes, the closer. You can even get an extended 13 or so minute version of it.
Did Conor say they need a better vocalist? Blasphemy. When Watkins is on his game, he's one of the best going around.
Most of the comments regarding the album's 2 halves are justified to an extent (although don't forget the closer), but there are a couple of tracks on the 2nd half that are growers. And you had to let them have their poppy sing-along in 'Streets of Nowhere'.
My review is probably still a day away, although I think I've finally settled on my rating.
