when will people realize that it really doesn't matter if its "their opinion" when they show a complete and utter lack of understanding of the subject matter?

ok chan hyperbolic is a word, it's not used properly here:

"the amount of hyperbolic claim it receives"

hyperbole would be the right word here

To the reviewer,
Just some advice for your reivews in the future, don't just state "this is boring", or "this is intricate". I'm glad that you said "this solo is intricate" or something close to that, but then again, solos are to A.) increase intensity B.) show musical talent C.) A&B.
Secondly, why is this album rated so low again? You mention very few "bad" tracks, and the highlights are given most of the room in the review. Explain why these select are so bad to warrant a two.
Thirdly, never begin with a "I will receive hate for this" introduction, as it now seems that our opinions matter to you. I realized this is not true as the review went on, but it can be misconstrued.
Another thing, YOU NEED MORE ADJECTIVES. "Good", "bad", "intricate" and etc. are nowhere near as descriptive as something like, "this track highlights the band's ability to utilize extremely fast speeds, aggressive vocals, poetic lyrics, and intricacy. Every inch of the fretboard is used with extreme precision, and the musicianship shines because of this wide array of sounds."

@juleswin: It is utilized correctly; shut up about it. Hyperbole is a noun, hyperbolic is an adj. which makes the latter apposite.

If someone brings up the fact that the band "molesters your ears with brutality" in a review, it deserves to be negged.
