Diplomat's Son is one of my favorites after the first listen. But i dunno about this album. I definitely liked their ST a lot better.

it feels like they've lost a lot of the charm that made their first album so great, but this is still ok. horchata and giving up the gun are solid straight up pop jams.

uhh vampire weekend didn't meet at an arts school. they met at columbia, an ivy league university. mobb deep went to a public technical education/magnet school in NYC- a high school. WTF with that random comparison.
