Ross, you miss the boat more than a failed refugee.

It's taken me almost 2 years, but a joke of mine has finally gone over well. My mission in life is accomplished.
Next mission: Find out what Ross is talking about with dig & name changes. I'm as lost as an Irishman headed to South Africa next year!
|
| |
Lol, I'm as cryptic as they come. I'd suggest heading over to my most recent review to figure out the name change bit, the dig bit is pretty much self-explanatory.
|
| |
Also that joke was back to normal DaveyBoy form...

Haha, I just noticed your (DaveyBoy inspired) name change while writing in your SoundBox. Good form.

Thought you'd like it.

I guess I'm obliged to like anything I inspire.
|
| |
I wouldn't say obliged... although you'd be kind of a hypocrite if you didn't.

I'm doing a Rosco P laugh right now. No real reason... It just sounds cool.

To be fair, Mayer underplays tremendously on his studio records. The live shit is where it's at

Who knows... Maybe Orianthi does too. Maybe she can do for the Australian national anthem what Hendrix did for Star Spangled Banner!
|
| |
What is it with Aussies and weird foreign names?
Yesterday there was a norwegian football/soccer player called Tarik Elyounoussi. Quite a Nordic name, right? And now Orianthi Panagiris. I mean, doesn't that name just SCREAM 'land down under'?
Oh, good review BTW.

Oh, and SEE, Davey? I still come read YOUR stuff! :P

It's fair to say we have a lot of migrants down under Pedro (including my parents). That's to be expected with such a large country & only a population of around 20 million. There's definitely a lot of Greeks here.
By the way, I actually think you'd like this album.

Oh, and SEE, Davey? I still come read YOUR stuff! :P
Lol.
|
| |
you think so?
personally, i have a moratorium on all things jacko at the moment. i just can't stand the media blitz since his death.
also, i tend to not like pseudo-rock albums from blonde bimbettes. you know - ashlee, miley, avril, and the like. i don't think my opinion on this would be any different.
although...motley crue...hmmm...
unfortunately i'm tied up in the KISS discog at the moment. until i'm done with THAT shit (expect a couple more months of makeup and bad bass playing) I won't really be reviewing anything else. although I do have some reviews in store...

Oooh, then I may take that thought back. Sounds like you have an aversion to females rocking out, which i can sort of understand after that roll call.
Motley Crue is not really a great comparison... It was more to fit into the O=MC2 formula. Maybe your dig album is a better comparison actually!
