Like it or not Appetite For Destruction was on of the best rock albums of the 80's. My favourite songs are Welcome To The Jungle, Nightrain, Paradise City and specially Welcome To The Jungle and Sweet Child O' Mine.

An absolute classic.

Could be and overrated LP , but this is one of the funniest and most consistent albums in late 80's , its a lot better than everything made by Poison or Warrant .

@Nagrarok: Didn't like this album that much. I don't hate GN'R, I just don't really care much for their music. To each his own.

@KILL: I agree 100%.

Why would you do that? This album has all their best songs. Some of the stuff on their greatest hits album is rubbish in comparison.

Just a small mistake

"And it that sense, yes, Appetite for Destruction IS a classic."

Pretty sure you wanted to write: "and in that sense" ?

Not sure if you would care about it though...

AfD is a classic.
Whether you like it or not, it has changed music.
