Yeah I've got the scales all down, I was just confused on what notes I should put together to form different walking patterns. I know the basic major seven patten that is used in most jazz but right now I'm dissecting Tenor Madness and I need to break down an E dominant 7 and a C minor 7.

Yeah I'm the bassist for my school's jazz band so I have to know all this stuff and it doesn't seem like there are a lot of knowledgeable people on youtube or google.
What kind of bass do you play?

Yeah cuz that's exactly what I did. However I kind of suck at guitar and I love playing bass a whole lot more.

No, we don't have a name it's an actual class in the school. We tour and stuff sometimes. I was technician last year and then the bassist graduated so I took his spot. It's about the most awesome class ever, except hard.

awesome album.
solo in i will return is tight as hell, definatley one of my faverouite solo's ever
but i can't help thinking that if they stole james malone from arsis instead this would be about a million times better

Great review, unlike the other one.....
This album shreds. One of my favorites of 2009 easily, it's just so fun to listen to... and the production is fucking immaculate but still heavy.
Safe to say TBDM has completely ridden themselves of the "core" sound, and are all the better for it. Long live TBDM!

This is a good album......I'd bet every hater of this band listen to Canibal Corpse or some king of "extreme deat metal" and feel like this aint "hard" enough.
