I love this album. Never gets old. I have grown to love Rookie Of The Year. Such an awesome song. Easily FFAF's best.

this album was great for me, especially since i'd heard nothing of it's genre before and therefore didn't care about the lack of originality. they had some great guitar riffs etc back then, but after this they got a little boring. too bad, they were one of my favourites playing the style. who knows, maybe they'll release another album like this.

I remember this album was actually pretty good from these guys. It seems like they got bit by the commercial bug (or just lost interest since they blew up pretty quick in the UK) and lost their potential, but I definitely rate these guys early stuff as the best poppy post-hardcore shiz that seems to still be flourishing.

Man, this is a legend of an album, I remember this was one of the first 'proper' music albums I ever bought. Still to this day, fucking class.
Shame they went downhill from here...

"Escape Artists Never Die" is a good example of a great song from the early 2000s explosion of this kinda music. Good vocal melodies and some killer guitar.
Seems that whole scene's kind of died now, which is a good thing because not many bands who played the style were expansive.

a truly timeless classic is this.

This album is incredible, however your review was not. I hate it when reviewers band around genre terms, and your summary of the album was just not very good at all. Rather than say what was good and bad about the album you should go through the album track by track. It doesn't read well either, lots of typo's.

This is, hands down, my favourite album of all time. There honestly isn't an album I enjoy as much as this one. The way that they blend both heavy and melodic music is superb, and the songs contained are 12 of the best songs I've ever heard, so much that I find it hard to choose which one is my favourite . While I like all there other albums in some way (including Tales Don't Tell Themselves), this is my favourite album that they've done so far.

This album takes me back to when I watched the band on Kerrang!TV when I was ten years old-which was ten years ago. I rather enjoy Bullet Theory and Juneau to this day.

such a great album, stood the test of time for me, still jam this every now n then

I can't say I get this album. seems like very vanilla early 2000s post-hardcore.
i would say it's because i don't like the genre, but I just jammed Dead Poetic's New Medicines, and that's aged well, so...
