Not always... I'm thinking that hooking up with some chick that has the clap will always carry a greater risk than any reward that may come from it... just saying.

Is that DeNiro on the cover? Is it just me or does it look like him a bit?

@Trey
my point was that if you will check out something totally unknown and you will start to love it then that just feels more unique/makes you happier then liking something everyone loves...just saying

ha ha. I think I'll just stay away from the clap.

Edit: So has anyone other than Lisbon actually checked out their myspace page. You know someone once told me that there's a corrolation between risks and "awards".

The only post metal artists I've found that aren't boring are Mouth Of An Architect, Cult Of Luna(old) and Rosetta. I may check this out.

I honestly don't know if it will be leaked anywhere. This seemed to get released without any hype, press or even a simple anouncement. I'd say it's probably worth the $6 it cost online though.

It would seem there is a prog rock release by a band called Czar also titled Czar (this may have been mentioned already).

I'll probably check this out, awash in mediocre industrial bands of late though.

It wasn't mentioned here, but it was discussed somewhere else. The Czar release you're referring to is a re-release of a progressive rock album originally released in the 70s.

awash in mediocre industrial bands of late though.
That's easy to do with industrial. Have you heard Sara Noxx before? Might be something worth checking out.

I haven't actually, i'll give it a look.

I tend to avoid randomly plunging into industrial-metal, coldwave and related sub-categories because for all the stuff I love there are just so many groups that range from average to awful. Everything you've recommended me so far i've liked a lot, so I tend to trust your opinions.

I'm pretty hooked on first wave stuff at the moment, going through a period.

That's probably becasue we both have figured out that a majority of industrial is crap. It's unfortunate, but since industrial is so easy to make and be lazy about, there's just a lot of half-assed stuff floating around.

In that case try Project Pitchfork's Io when you get a chance.

I can't wait to reach your level of elitism one day ; ).

I'm going to order this. Myspace songs were great.
