Rubber Soul constantly floats in and out of my top album position, but I have to confess it has a lot of dry spots. "Run for Your Life" and "What Goes On" are nothing to write home about. Although Revolver is pretty much top quality through and through.

I'd write home to say how much they suck but that's about it.

You should read the ones I write about "Games Without Frontiers".

what goes on and run for your life certainly aren't genius, but they are catchy and run for your life has some funny albeit rather disturbing lyrics, especially for a pop/calssic rock group. (Or whatever genre you want to call them.) I just heard a few more tracks off pet sounds. Very peppy. i like it.

 I swear that wasn't me who gave you a second neg!

Although I'm sure you being theallhighandmightypowerfullypowerfulmoderator would know that. ;)

"Wouldn't It Be Nice" is the greatest song from the 60s.

I absolutely love this album, it's sad nobody is really into the Beach Boys anymore.
I still remember putting it in and hearing "Wouldn't It Be Nice" (which is still one of my favorite songs)

This album is most definitely a classic, but sometimes when I'm driving in my car with the windows down, the birds chirping, and the sun beating down on me, I kind of wish more songs were in the same vain as "Wouldn't It Be Nice."

Also, one of my dad's friends name is Brian Wilson. Too bad he's not a Beach Boy

I've listened to this album several times, and while some tracks really stand out like "Wouldn't it be Nice," and "Sloop John B." I can't get into this album like other people do. I prefer the Beach Boys when they're singing about girls, cars and girls.

Two words for this album: Under rated. Everytime someone says something good about Pepper, they should tip their hat to Pet Sounds as well.

This album is basically half the reason I look in the Pop section. Great album.

I completely disagree ^. I wwant to hear some songs from Smile. I was curious, was that album recorded while Brian was still a little nutty?

2nd best album ever(behind Freewheelin' bob dylan), God Only Knows is probably my favorite song ever.

Easily one of the best albums of the '60s.
