For the guitar players I would rec the unforgettable solos by Fred Durst and Lil Wayne. Now they are very good indeed

everything they produce ends up being 45 minutes of bland and tasteless guitar riffs ineffectively littered with 2 second melodic fills
If I was being really harsh, that's how I'd describe this album. The songs alone are good but 11 of them is waaaaaaayyy too boring.

By far their worst album. I can even begin to explain how stagnant every riff feels on this album. Time to listen to more melo-death.

Album has some duds on it, but most of the material is pretty solid. Intermezzo Liberte is sooooooooo epic. Practically a crime it wasn't expanded upon and made a longer, proper song. That as well as Vultures are probably the tracks to beat on the album

I definitely agree with you Eric, In This Shallow Grave and The Day You Died are pretty awful but the rest seems pretty good to me.

A bit fanboy-ish but album rules so it's fine
Nothing these guys ever do will top Wages of Sin or Stigmata. Most of that is down to the production and the final mixing stages though, arguably.
Woah, seriously? Wages of Sin had the vocals really low in the mix and bass pedals REALLY high; I couldn't stand it. When they play the ones of it live though (see TOTRS) they rule.This Message Edited On 03.18.09
