Yeah, its a good review I'll grant you, and to create a new thread just click on the "new thread" button in the bottom left corner of the screen. A thread is a new topic, eg Slipknot-Slipknot.

Ok My Bad, There Are Some "christians" In Slipknot, Somehow, But I Mean Really, Why Do Some People Have To Say That Slipknot Is The Hardest Thing Out There, I Mean, If They Werent So Angry At Such Stupid Things, There Music Wouldnt Be As Hard(not Really Hard To Begin With), And They Would Suck More Than They Do Now. yeah, what ever new diabolic, slipknot is far from being the best thing to ever be born, i mean, the songs they have a pointless, theyre allways the same, nothing different about em, they yell and scream(if thats what u wanna call it) about the stupidist ****, and they are far from being the hardest band out there.

You obviously dont know **** all about slipknot and there songs and nothing was said about slipknot being the heaviest band out there. Its obvious but that doesnt make them bad. You should go pop in your linkin park cd or some other crappy **** to protect your precious ears and shut up about slipknot!!

Such an angry thread...

I really like Slipknot, (and I've got to admit, I am a true maggot) but personally I feel that this is their worst album. There were a few good songs though (Surfacing, Eyeless to name a few), but in the longrun, I'de much prefer Iowa or Vol.3.

And to contribute to the argument, Slipknot is definitely not the best thing to have ever been born. They're not the hardest, but I do think they have fairly good lyrics. The screaming and constantly saying '****' in the lyrics does make them an extremely angry band. But saying that Slipknot is for 14 year old posers doesn't seem to make much sense to me.

I especially wish that other Slipknot fans would use some form of intelligence when they post. All I ever see from fans of the band is "**** u they ****in rock they r the best ****in thing ever shut the **** up u don't know **** about them and they're the heaviest ****in thing in the world", and that pisses me off just as much as people who flame them for stupid reasons. Seriously people, posting mindless "they rock cause they're awesome" posts is what gives the fans and essentially the band a bad name. Think before you speak. Alright, I'm finally vented. But I can definitely understand what New Diabolic was saying - anyone who says Slipknot is noise for angry teens really don't know what they're talking about.

dude linkin park sucks almost as bad as slipknot. Why dont you try some new music for once instead of that wannabe scary-sh!t-metal stuff.

god this like been at my school, Ok im getting to be quite a devoted slipknot fan but i do realise that they are not the best thing to be born, i do admit that bands like the beatles are like the best even though i don't really like the music i respect that they change the music industry. But one thing bugs me is the fact when people just go around flamming slipknot its like all the people at my school, who say they are ****, but if you actually listen to them and give them a chance you will see that joey the drummer is bloody talented, the speed he plays double bass, and some of the faster songs the speed mick and jim play the riffs it is quite amazin.

And in respone to the people saying about the masks, heres a quote:

Now Any good band that should be the motto, thats another thing about all the crappy pop bands(naming no names *COUGH*busted*COUGH*) all they care about is there image and they don't give a **** the music they are creating, it just really gets on my nerves this pop bands.

I love their self titled album and iowa wasnt bad but for the 4th album.. **** man where do i start theyve gotten too popular i mean now the posers are gonna jump in and blow their ear drums up listening to it and pretending to like it just to be cool or hard or some bull**** like that, **** the goths at my school are ****ing posers oh yeah we dress in black and listen to metal **** man were goths! and the other people are calling them goths for no reason for a start their description doesnt ****ing fit in the goth category plus their all ****ing posers ppl just hate them in my school cuz they were black and listen to music they hate!

Deep down inside they would prefer listening to britney spears or linkin park or some **** like that ( linkin park is cool but theyre too popular ) yes everyone im ****ing pissed cuz of the new slipknot album they just i dunno man they just attracted new types of fans and the old ones are disappearing the ones that actually liked them
