If there is one thing that can be said at least Darkthrone hasen't gone the route of "going back to their roots" like Mayhem did with Ordo Ad Chao.

That is, forcing bad production where it could have benefited strongly from sounding like it wasn't recorded in a wet paper bag.

I love all of Darkthrone's stuff. From their tech-death beginnings on Soulside Journey to the recent crusty biker metal stuff and everything inbetween. All of it rules.
