I think metal-ites obsess over genres as much as scene-sters.

Hanging Garden would be another great stop for you DBlitz. Also not too slow, but with a great, pervasive and engaging atmosphere.

I put this on my iPod and listened to this today. It's sitting at a 3.5 right now, but I need to listen to it again since I accidentally had it on shuffle so they didn't play in order.

Only a 3.5? It's only one listen and it wasn't even in album order (on accident). Doom takes a few listens to fully ingest so a 3.5 is a great start.
I think I may have found my new favorite doom band through last.fm this weekend though. I've ordered the albums and I'll tell you about them if they turn out to be awesome.This Message Edited On 10.21.08
