Wayyy too poppy for me. I miss trap T.I....

T.I. is like the nicest guy in the world. that's what i love so much about him, he has this thug persona and came from a really dark place but here he is now posing in pictures with white fans smiling from ear to ear and saving people from suicide.

Not surprised though. Most great 2000’s hip-hop albums have shit averages here.

Not surprising. The userbase on this site in the mid-to-late 00's was brutal.

I didn’t come around til 2008 but there were lots of cool people here, some are still around. Way more trolls back in the day though. Some were funny, most weren’t lol. A lot of people have left though. There’s been a huge turnover in the almost 11 years that I’ve been here. Still some vets left too though.

I somewhat remember, as I've been a long time lurker. Never felt safe enough to make an account until earlier this year, though.

It is funny looking through old comments and seeing things people were able to say without getting reported. Back in the good old days of the internet when people weren't as sensitive

Pretty much lol.

I used to use the IMDb forums years ago and there were way more toxic people than you would see on sites these days. But it just seemed kinda normal back then. This site was probably the same.

most of the ratings have come in this decade tho
I think it's more to do with the sites demographics, who seem to only like 90's east coast stuff, and 2010's reddit rap as I like to call it, when they do get into hip hop. the 00's are just completely glossed over for some reason
