Right, so they look alike? Okay. Besides Escape The Fate's appearance I see nor hear no other association to the glam metal scene
of the 80's. I mean the 80's hair metal influence is barely recognisable, even if there is one... And for you to describe the
similarity between them morons and and Blessed By a Broken Heart as lying in their 'horrible melodic riffs' was vague to say the
least.
Basically, if you believe Blessed By a Broken Heart are comparable to Escape The Fate then you obviously haven't listened to
more than 5 seconds of either bands music (and I wouldnt blame you for not listening to Escape The Fate). Either that or you are
deaf.
Bottom line is, There is no such thing as 'glamcore'. Blessed By a Broken Heart are a metalcore band and Escape The Fate are a
post hardcore band. It really is as simple as that.

This is still pretty decent, they put on a ace live show though. Their new teaser sounds promising.

On their Garth Richardson produced 2nd LP 'Pedal to the Metal', Montreal sextet Blessed By A Broken Heart significantly improve on their horrible debut album by incorporating strong glam-metal influences into their metalcore sound. Containing new vocalist Tony Gambino & some fantastic guitar-work from the Malmsteen worshipping Shred Sean, there are occasions when the mix is forced awkwardly (especially 'Doin It'), with the cheesy 80's synths often going overboard. Ultimately however, this energetic LP is just too fun & enjoyably tongue-in-cheek to dislike. Recommended Tracks: Blood On Your Hands, She Wolf, Move Your Body & Show Me What You Got.
