Well, their first album was meh, their second was almost good, this one is pretty good. Hope they continue to step up. But, taking into account BB & TDG, I'm afraid thei won't keep it up. Just like Im afraid Alter Bridge won't. By the way, I wonder why didnt you give Alter Bridge a go.

DSS, I have heard all AlterBridge albums & like them. Just haven't rated them & would need to go back to them to do so (time is precious approaching year-end).
Re: the drumming, Bob is gone (wrist injury), so they'll have a new drummer for the new album.

i always thought it was funny that i got into these guys majorly right before black parade came out, now it's been ages, this band is now a nostalgia blast for me that i pop on every once in a while and they still haven't even come out with a new album.

I don't know how factual this is though. As far as I know nothing has been confirmed by the band.

I disliked this album loooooong before the hate bandwagon rolled in. I couldn't care less about the supposed image of the band or the genre of music they supposedly played, the music itself just never interested me enough.
