I've been listening to this album for 2 and a half weeks straight (and Nightfall by Candlemass) and its definitely one of the best black metal albums to come out in the past couple of years.

Well written review. I feel that you captured the murky atmosphere of this album very nicely.
I got into Leviathan through "The Tenth Sub-Level Of Suicide", and though I love that album to this day, I feel that this record is Wrest's best work.
