I'll definitely be checking out his future releases because he clearly has a lot of potential, but this album severely lacks memorable moments. I like the opening track and "Unspoken," but beyond that nothing really has made me take notice.

Whole album is amazing even if it lacks some needed climaxes. Would be an easy 5 if songs like "Empire" or "Saphire" had epic climaxes like the one in "Sand." Album could probably be trimmed 5-10 minutes as well, but those are my only gripes with my album. This was my personal favorite album of 08.

To each his own. I think there are a lot of good ideas on this album, but they're not executed as well as they could be and most of the songs don't have hooks or distinguishing features. Reminds me a lot of the new Karnivool album in that respect.

The atmosphere and emotion conveyed in this album is almost unrivaled if you ask me, pretty much every song here can put me in an immediate calm, contented mood. It's almost euphoric really, but I'm probably the only user on the site to think that way about this album.
Can't wait for new material whenever it's ready.

The first 4 tracks are great, as are Sand, Earth and Routine. I usually skip the middle 3. Can't wait for the next album apparently 'early 2010'

Amazing album. The composition and textures present are delicious, it took me quite a whole to sink the whole album in but its so rewarding. One of the best prog albums I have heard lately.
