This sequence of songs on the Japanese version have never failed to leave me in awe. Possibly my
favourite work by Boris. The first three songs work well as a warm-up/palette cleanser.

The us version and the Japanese one sound completely different. Like two separate albums. Their duration is different, even the release date is different. Maybe there should be two "Smile" albums in their database. What do you guys think ?

I have the double CD reissue. I like it a lot more actually because it has both versions, and they’re heavily condensed so you don’t have to wade through a lot of the unnecessary noise to get to the good parts.
